I chose the formula ᚢᛝᛒ out of the health formula.
this was not my first choice. My cold suddenly came back I wanted to use the fast getting better rune formular, but I couldn't pulled out an upright rune for confirmation, so I tried others. I had also read the freebie pdf about pulling 4 
runes to check and decided to incorporate that as well. some of them had first rune ok but not the other.
Finally I settle on the Uruz/ Ingwaz/ Berkana. I forgot what exactly runes I pulled out on the 3rd position for checking if the formula will be successful, but basically I read there will be movement and while it might not be a fun ride, something will change and this leads to final balance.
When I activated it, I spoke of this stave will lead me to "restore energy and energy body, support health", balance of Qi /Blood with settled Spirit, and provides me the right wisdom and chances to reach that goal.
Currently I am carrying that in my phone case which I always have it near me.
