I activated the cleanse on Saturaday night and now its Tuesday night.
First day I felt more angry than usual ( similar but less than when I had the algiz and sowilo experiement), although it started to fade away slowly, by Tuesday I felt more calm , although still kinda impatient if tried too many times.
I did feel more energetic, in a sustained way not a crashed and burn way. Which is good.
It didn't change so much of my dream but I kept on waking up sometimes in the early hours ( was able to fall asleep straight away).
One of my long standing health problems seemed to be improving, and after I thanked the stave/ burnt it, some of the gain I have seemed to be rolling a little bit back. Although that has been the nature of my health problem. A few steps forward, one or two steps back. It's only been a few hours since I dismissed the amulet so can still all changed.
One interesting event was I had a deity reaching out to me whom I didn't really have an established relationship with.
