AlexEagle I don't exactly have a particular material/title where they are crossed referenced per se, but the Yin/ yang / Wu xing concept that is central to Eastern traditional medicine, is also the same in Taoism as a religion along with their magical traditions. Although Taoism as religion takes it much further into the mythical direction, instead of purely quasi-scentific rule sets on how the universe ( including,:heaven/earth/human and their aspects ) operates.
This philosophy part is the backbone of how Eastern traditional medicine frame work is based on.
I would suggest
The Web That Has No Weaver: Understanding Chinese Medicine Paperback – Illustrated, 1 Mar. 2000

if you want to have a peak.
As it gives an entry level background how the eastern thoughts and western cross in the realm of medicine and how the frameworks diverge.
The classic literature which is essential for all acupuncturists and eastern traditional med professionals, and directly mentioning about how humans mirroring their environment, is the " Yellow emperor's inner classics" , which kinda requires already an intermediate background in the medicine unless you are studying purely from a sinological POV.
I am sure there are other publications out there that explains things better and gives you exactly what you are curious about, but I honestly don't know which one.
