It took some time to interpret this Rune, and I feel that there is more than one meaning, that there is the meaning to my question, but a sub meaning, a hidden meaning to other things that correspond with this Rune. Ultimately sticking to my question, Uruz is basically telling me, "Hey, you got this. You can overcome any obstacle." To have the courage and determination, and willpower and that these traits will be what I need to get a career that I am passionate about.
