3 Runes Divination Spread
Question: How is my health and recovery process going?
Answer:

Past: Fehu
Present: Berkana
Future: Dagaz
Interpretation:
Fehu in the past: Represents the resources you had when you started on this path: vital energies, material and emotional support, perhaps even a moment of abundance that allowed you to begin your process. It may also suggest that your initial motivation was linked to recovering something lost (well-being, autonomy, or physical-emotional balance).
Berkana in the present: This is the rune of rebirth, nourishment, and gestational processes. In your present, it points to a stage of deep care, perhaps where you are sowing healthy habits or beginning therapies that require patience. Berkana also emphasizes the safe space you are building to heal, like a protective womb that is gestating your evolution.
Dagaz in the future: This is the rune of awakening, of the day that finally breaks the night. Here it indicates that your process will culminate in a luminous transformation: a recovery that will not only be physical, but also existential. It may herald a paradigm shift in your well-being, as if by healing you were discovering new ways of living more aligned with your purpose.
Integrated reading: Your trajectory seems to flow from an intention backed by resources (Fehu) toward a present of gestation and care (Berkana), with the promise of a clear and vibrant rebirth (Dagaz). This sequence suggests that your process seeks not only to heal something damaged, but also to rediscover a new version of yourself, more whole and complete.

Answer:

1: Hagalaz
2: Sowilo
3: Nauthiz reversed
4: Isa
5: Perthro
6: Ehwaz reversed
7: Dagaz
Interpretation:
With Hagalaz being the first rune drawn, we know there’s negative energy at play (specifically a curse, a spoken curse).
The first column reveals a pattern of internal disturbance and energy stagnation. Hagalaz confirms the presence of a spoken curse against me, like hail striking without warning. Sowilo, in its solar brilliance, shows an intense but misdirected vital impulse, which fuels tension rather than releasing it. Reversed Nauthiz and Isa reinforce this picture: the former points to a profound lack of internal resources, and the latter to a total freezing of will and feeling.
The second column points to the origin of this evil. Perthro suggests a hidden game: mysterious forces operating behind the scenes, perhaps a silent spell or unknown (could also be disguised or unrecognized) opponents. Reversed Ehwaz reveals that the source lies in a feeling of broken or betrayed relationship: trust was broken (or so it was felt by the one/s doing this), leaving a gap through which this harmful energy slipped, or expectations/desires were not met.
In the third column, Dagaz describes the channel through which this energy entered: a dawn that turned into a storm. It speaks of a turning point, a mistaken awakening where darkness broke through instead of clarity. That opening, in its appearance of renewal, served as a passage for the curse to spread. This could have been related to me not seeing things as they were, holding on illusions or believing I could change the situation, or the people involved in it (which is not possible).
Taken together, I would say the spread paints a very specific picture: someone close to me (or someone I didn’t expect) cast a verbal curse (Hagalaz) taking advantage of a rift in our relationship (Ehwaz reversed), protected by secrets or hidden intentions (Perthro). The impact disrupted my vital balance (Sowilo), left me exhausted and lacking internal resources (Nauthiz reversed), and paralyzed my emotional strength (Isa). All of this came under the guise of a new beginning (Dagaz), turning a moment of potential renewal into a vehicle for negativity.
