If I ground the rune Algiz to my work life, it’s telling me I should focus my energy on being consistent. That means I should be putting my efforts on some type of job that actually resonates with my values and what I am passionate about. Thinking, speaking and acting accordingly, being patient because there is a Divine Force at work, so I should do what I have to the best way possible, and trust in that Divine Force with the things I can’t control.
I have to be patient, this is happening when the Divine timing is right, but meanwhile I got to do things the right way, looking for opportunities that truly resonate with me and that actually give me the opportunity to be useful and put my abilities at the service of something more than just myself and my own prosperity.
