What do I feel and think when coming upon this rune?
When I see this rune, I often feel confused. Since it’s talking to me about movement, I try to adapt it to external movement, when it’s actually talking about internal movement. This rune calls my attention back to myself: what part of you is moving out of command? What has been touched for you to react this way, like a wild creature? Where could you domain yourself better with what you know and can do now? The place you’re at is over: you need to move in the correct direction, so you need to listen to the wisdom in your heart and with clarity in your mind, look at the entire picture before advancing. This rune, 
for me, is a stop sign because you need to be sure about the direction you’re choosing to follow. Make sure you’re on a good spot, make sure you’re doing this for the right reasons and if that’s the case, go ahead: be truthful and loyal to who you really are.
