Runes are not white or black, runes are just alphabet and as a tool they are neutral. It depends how you use the runes, if you follow the sacred rules of the universe, you can use runes as white magick.
The sacred rules i mean respect others, do onto others how you want to be treated, dont steal, dont kill, dont wish bad things for others, etc.
