Help interpret

So i had the question about some health related problems and i pulled out 3 runes:

Perthro, Wunjo rev, Naudhiz

The present is that i am not satisfied with the situation that is clear. Perthro in past doesnt really make sense to me.
Also the Naudhiz in future, will i need help with this?

Perthro might also mean that the reasons are hidden, perhaps something related to past lives.
Naudhiz in future for me seems that the best course of action would be to get some help from someone who can help you.
