I am naturally someone who is very sensitive to other people's emotion. I used to be way worse and I got smarter with better disciplines with in person type of energy bleed. However, after covid when many of us started to be chronically online, its very easy to forget in online environment, we also have to exercise the same caution, as if we were physically with others around. You can even say it is worse because the concept of space is just different than in physical presence.
I am setting a limit on how long I can scroll on my social media daily and when ( none within 1 hour of waking up or 1 hour of going to sleep). Also I have deleted apps like Threads/ Reddit (but keep the accounts) , so I don't look at it just because being bored.
I am also trying to go to bed earlier, as thats where I get the best of my sleep, just before 11pm.
As winter approaches, I am also looking after my warmth -- I am trying to have my houseshoes on all time and make sure no barefeet on cold tiles/ concretes.
