Long story short, I have a semi-established relationship with Odin , including a self-initiation on runes but I found out half way through the ritual that the book I based this on, was of an author with questionable repute. So I kinda avoided Odin/Runes for a while. However, several co-incidence slater, I have now a figure of him on my altar which I did not order ( seller's mistake and I didn't have to send him back) and I have found a course like this.
So instead of trying for a whole ritual I just went to my altar room and acknowledged him, stating that I want to work with Runes for the purpose of cleansing.
Then ,some of the offering that was already there on my altar from earlier ( mead) ,I poured it under the only tree on my property that felt right.
