Meditating without the rune made me feel unsettling or little disturbed and when i concentrated on Fehu i had slight sensation near my heart and stomach.
Rune activation of Algiz and sowilo.. i cant say much . But i would feel sluggish usually but after using these runes i was less tired i would say.
